In 2020, TEMES,Subcontractor, and OIDC (Overseas Investment & Development Corp.), Main contractor, undertakes the project for the enhancement of the electric power grid system in Haiti. TEMES is to provide consulting service and design works. Erection/rehabilitation of Substations and transmission line.

On December 30, 2002, TEMES, Inc. and Guam Power Authority (GPA) entered into the Performance Management Contract (PMC) for Units No. 1 & No.2 66MW steam turbine generator. Up to now since 2003, the project has greatly improved the performance of the power plant and thence TEMES, Inc. won the recognition from GPA. -

BOT Contract of the 40MW Combustion Turbine Generator Unit of Piti Power Plant in Guam, U.S.A.
This project is the first Independent Power Plant (IPP) invested by TEMES, Inc.. After the Plant successfully connected to the grid, TEMES, Inc. has been in charge of the management, operation and maintenance of the Plant for the 20 years afterward. After the expiration of the contract the whole project will be transferred to Guan Power Authority. This project was awarded to TEMES, Inc. through an open tender in September, 1996 by Guam Power Authority (GPA). The unit has been put into commercial operation since December 1997, and greatly helped GPA to overcome the shortage of electricity in Guam.
