Guam CT PMC project

On March 1st, 2016, TEMES, Inc. and Guam Power Authority (GPA) entered into the Performance Management Contract (PMC) for Dededo, Macheche and Yigo Combustion Turbine (CT) Power Plants. This is the second PMC contract GPA awarded to TEMES.
