Performance Management Contract for Units No. 1 & No. 2 Steam Turbine Generator of Cabras Power Plant in Guam, U.S.A.

On December 30, 2002, TEMES, Inc. and Guam Power Authority (GPA) entered into the Performance Management Contract (PMC) for Units No. 1 & No.2 66MW steam turbine generator. Up to now since 2003, the project has greatly improved the performance of the power plant and thence TEMES, Inc. won the recognition from GPA.
