TAIWAN ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, INC. (TEMES, Inc.)
Taiwan Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services, Inc. (TEMES, Inc.) was founded as a juridical person in March 1977 by Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) with the approval of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Republic of China (R.O.C.). The duties of TEMES, Inc. are to improve the technology cooperation with the friendly nations and to undertake the technical works relevant to the economic and industrial development of the R.O.C.. The scope of its works consists of electrical and mechanical engineering projects, environmental protection engineering projects, solid waste processing engineering projects, research, planning, survey, design, inspection, installation, construction, operation & maintenance, supervision and management etc.. TEMES, Inc. also transfers its technologies internationally in compliance with the policy of the economic development of the R.O.C.

With the permission of the competent authority, OSPREY ENERGY CO., LTD.(OSPREY, LTD.) was found in July 2006 by TEMES, Inc. holding the 100% shares to undertake electrical and mechanical engineering projects, environmental protection engineering projects and solid waste processing engineering projects domestically and internationally. The scope of services covers research, planning, survey, design, inspection, installation, construction, operation & maintenance, supervision and management etc.. OSPREY, LTD. also expects to expand and develop its market to some other engineering fields for providing more omnibus engineering services.
OSPREY, LTD.'s major engineering consultant key men are coming from TEMES, Inc. and OSPREY, LTD. has succeeded know-how technology, instrument facility and professional capability of TEMES, Inc. as well. OSPREY, LTD. has extended its own business scope and gains the reputation gradually, which fully reflects the past duly experiences and the bright prospects of the future growth.
