Electrification Project, Saudi Arabia

The first and the largest project TEMES, Inc. has ever implemented was the construction work of Al-Baha Electrification Project of Saudi Arabia. This project covered a service from design, construction and commission, to a period of 7 years of operation & maintenance (O&M) services of a power system. The construction was implemented over a period of 9 years, from July 1977 to August 1986. The total project cost included the construction cost and the O&M fee was more than US dollars two hundred million (USD 200,000,000). There were up to 1300 employees of TEMES, Inc. stationed at site during the peak period of the construction.
